NumberSync is disabled

Hello Everyone!!!! I need your help. I'm having a problem with NumberSync. Everytime I leave my apartment and walk down the street to go to the store or downtown I'll take my watch with me and get a message on the watch that says NumberSync is disabled. Why does it do this? I thought it wasn't supposed to do that? Is anyone else having this problem?

I had a similar issue recently and had to disconnect Numbersync and the reinstall. That fixed it for me.

I think that maybe NumberSync keeps getting disabled because I'll put the watch on and then put my winter jacket on and I think maybe the sleeve or the material inside the jacket is causing it to disable.
