Oh, that would be great, but before I commit, can you elaborate? A factory reset will just not have this app be pre-installed? It seems pre-installed...
I had that Tmobile Unlock app( Pixel Only) on my Pixel 4 as well and did not install.
I could not uninstall it
It install as a system/app
My phone came from Google Store
It seems that on the initial boot with SIM card in the phone and then booting phone, in is what triggered it.
So what I had to do was Power down remove SIM card
Power back up , then do a factory reset
After it powers back up , still leave SIM card out.
I did a clean install after the factory reset, did not restore any type of backup
I skipped a lot of the setup process til I got to the point where I could see what was in my App Drawer.
I did not see that tmobile unlock app anymore.
So then I signed into the play store. Searched for that app , and it showed it was not installed
After doing all that only then did I power down.
Put the SIM card back in.
Then I finished my set up that I had skipped.
The only reason I skipped over part of my setup after the factory reset is because I wanted to make sure it would be gone.
Doing all that fixed it , no tmobile unlock app and Sim was back in .
