I sent a pic of the orange Pixel to Samsung and asked if I could a Note 10+ to match it.

You'd be surprised the number of bad words the people at Samsung know.

This is what I'm looking at on my order page. Customer support has been extremely unhelpful. They assured me that I have a real delivery date and when I mention my page not providing that information they keep telling me that it does.

They also say that nothing actually shipped and this was a "technical issue" but I have FedEx Delivery Manager that shows when the package was returned and who signed for it.

On top of which I received an automated email from Google telling me they are sorry my package was refused by me and to reorder the phone.

Frustrating!

I would contact them again and reference the email. If you have any problems I would ask who I could forward the email to. You could also ask to get original delivery date and get free updated shipping for the hassle.

Ordered a Pixel 4 XL 128gb black, with delivery on Oct 23-24. I currently have a Galaxy S10, which is a terrific phone, but the flakey fingerprint reader is driving me crazy. I had an iPhone 10 before, and loved Face ID, but didn't like the limitations of iOS. Don't care about the color, as I always use a case. Lack of wide angle lens is not an issue for me, as I have it on my S10, and don't find it very useful.

I don't know if it's an omen but the case I ordered was delayed - said it was going to be Thurs, came today. Otherwise, my packages are rarely delayed.

4XL, Orange, 64GB.

Ok mine is 128 GB white 4 XL, lets see. If it comes early it’s great if not i will take Wednesday. I also have a 7T coming in Tuesday so that will keep me busy till Wednesday

Haha ... i sold the Note 10 a week back getting ready for the new phones. I want to stop changing these phones but damn i just can’t.
