So I ordered the orange phone immediately after the Google event and things went live on the store. I got an email later that night that said it was on its way. I have a FedEx tracking number that shows it's in my city. Then it got delayed until today the 17th.
I just got an email that said Google requested that the order be returned to them.
After a long customer service chat, they assured me it was a mistake and that nothing should be shipping out until November 6.
I feel like crap and I'm considering cancelling my order.
