I just got the October security patch here in the UK on my unlocked 23 Ultra.

Just downloaded the October security patch onto my unlocked S23 Ultra on the Spectrum Mobile network.

My AT&T this morning said yes, downloading update. Then basically said nevermind... try again in 24 hours. Oh well

Ok. I admit. I waited 12 hours and gave it a shot.
It searched and said an update was available. The little spinning doohicky spun for a while. A message came up saying that it might take a few minutes to download. Then...
It said that nothing was there to download and to try again in 24 hours.
Oh well. We'll see. Lol

I gave up. Found a site that suggested turning off wifi and download via cellular. Thank goodness I got unlimited. Got the October update installed now.

AT&T and fiber wifi. Using fiber would have been so much faster though.
