Odd notification drag-down behavior in Reborn ROM.

Hey all:

I have no idea what's causing this, but recently I cannot seem to drag my notifications bar open. It used to be extremely responsive; I'd tap near the top of the screen and it would immediately ratchet out a bit for further dragging. Now I literally have to try 5-10 times before it catches.

I haven't changed any settings that I know of, nor have I dropped/kicked/bathed the phone. It just started acting like this in the past few days. It's driving me crazy, since I get e-mails constantly on my phone and I've gotten into the habit of dragging down from the top to see which account it's posted to.

Do I need to recalibrate my screen or something? Someone please tell me wtf I did to my phone. Thanks!

Is this the only part of your phone that is having issues? And what launcher are you using? Just curious

It's the only part I've noticed. The phone is a little sluggish at times to wake when I push the Power button, but it's otherwise solid.

Launcher is whatever comes default with Reborn; I haven't really changed anything from the install.

Ok, let's start with the easy stuff. Boot to recovery and wipe cache and dalvik. Then reboot. If that does not help, reboot to recovery and reflash reborn, (dirty flash).

I had a similar issue where it would not close. I would drag it up and it would snap back open.had to reboot to fix it.don't know that helps or not, but it does show some issues with the notification window in reborn

Tried both wiping dalvik and cache, and a dirty flash, and neither fixed the behavior.

Gonna try a total wipe, see if that does it. If not, I guess my phone went bad? Or something. I may flash a stock ROM to see if it's any more responsive then.

EDIT: A total wipe has not seemed to fix the problem either. I've had this phone for about six months now; could it really be failing already?
