Odd pop up error

What would cause this? Started seeing after a factory reset. It randomly pops up

Contact the developer. Anyone is free to use any error code to mean anything (except 0, but people do anyway).

This pops up anywhere. I dont have to be in any one app.

Funny you say that. I did just that probably 10 to 15 minutes ago - storage, memory, recent apps, cleared it all and havent seen the message since

Good to hear. They should have used the Windows verbage letting you know that you need more memory, not the error you got.

Damned error code, same one popping up again. I'm going to wipe cache. If that doesnt do it, then factory reset

Before you do, look at the available memory in settings. Bummer.

Well sprint had me enter a code that resets parameters. It not only didnt work now I cant get on their network. I'm back in the chat and using home wifi. Network is vital for my 2nd job. And for being able to contact family while on the go

I ended up having to do a full factory reset, and slowly adding back apps and things as I go. So far, it's been about 4 hours with no errors. Had network issues, bluetooth issues, and the ever present popping up of the Code 400 error earlier.

??? Well I think they had me try that and it didn't work. Full reset this a.m. and it's been fine since.
