Odd Screen Behavior

I've noticed an issue with the screen, that I don't believe I'd seen prior to the 4.2 update but I can't swear to that. My 32GB N7 has a mild "off-white" tinge to its screen. When I scroll down with my finger, the screen appears to be a brighter, cleaner white which then returns to the default off-white when I stop. I'm curious as to whether anyone else has seen this on any of the N7 models.
