odd scrolling behavior

In the past day I noticed my Dinc starts scrolling on its own and I can't shut off the scrolling ...I've had to do several battery pulls to stop it...it seems to scroll in green and I am unable to select anything...also scrolls through home screens as well...any thoughts? Very odd...tried uninstalling last app installed which stopped it for awhile.

Clean your optical pad use a alcohol wipe and a little dose of canned air. You probably have some dust in the sensor somewhere.

Is that doesn't work it could be a app doing it. One time I installed a free app and it was scrolling and hitting buttons like crazy. I uninstalled the app as quickly as I could and it stopped right then and there.
