ODIN keeps stuck on recovery.img or cache.img

It stuck there and I have to flash stock os any solution I tried cf auto root

Usual rule of thumb with Odin is try another USB cable and ports on your computer. Normally the ones off the back side of a laptop/computer are the best to use since they are right off the motherboard. Odin is 100% connection sensitive. Always has been.
