So here's the problem....

I think I've managed to turn the brightness down fully on my S5. It will taken a charge and receive texts and calls. However, I have activated the built in screen lock, which obviously I can't see!

I'm unable to get the screen brightness changed and can't manage to get th screen unlocked. Is there a way I can rest the phone manually? I've tried.switching off.and on holding home, power and volume but that don't seem to.be working either...

Any suggestions?

On my Sprint S5, I drug the slider all the way to the lowest, and I could still faintly read/see it. You're sure you can't see anything? even in a dark room?

If it was dropped you may have broken the digitizer and need to seek out repairs. The phone would still work but screen is dead.
