Office 365 Email

The college I work for just switched to Office 365. The Samsung email app I used previously had to be reconfigured for the office 365 email. I successfully did this on my S10E phone but have no luck with the tablet. Both are using the same email app. Anyone else encountered this and have some tips to pass along?

what is the issue? I use an outlook.com email address.

We got it figured out today. We had to choose Outlook as the account type instead of exchange as all the instructions we had received specified. Sadly, we seem to have hired very inept consultants to guide us through the transition.
