Still no lock getting Facebook data to show up on the calendar app, does anyone else see the data? I'm on 24 by the way.

This is how I did it.

Go to Facebook on your PC. Go to events on the upper left, then friends events or birthdays, depending on what you want.
Then scroll to the bottom, and click export events. A link will pop up, copy that.

Now bring up google calender on your PC and on the lower left hand side is an area to add another calender. Paste the URL where it says paste URL.

All your FB stuff should now be linking to your calenders, even if you're on an AOSP Rom.

*edit of course on your phone in accounts and sync your gmail calender will need to be checked to be synced.

I don't want FB crap appearing anywhere other than in the Facebook app.

The only thing I want out of facebook is linking the contacts pics from facebook to show under my phone contacts. Some show up but most dont, is this common?

Im on CM7 build #23 now, My ROM manager downloaded the new release BUILD #24 but I dont want it to do a data wipe. Where on the SDcard does it put it after ther download cause I'll just do it from recovery and wipe the cache and dalvik?

It has HAVS = hyper active voltage scaling. Undervolts your phones power draw and saves batter, its 2.6.37 instead of .35 like the stock kernel which means a host of fixes/improvements, it has BFS or CFS and it also has SBC if your into that.

What all this means is you get great battery. i went 18 hours with moderate use and i still have 38% left.

Do i just flash this like a regular ROM?

When scrolling through my text I notice there is a yellow line when dragging my finger on the screen. Not sure what to call it really, but an example would be when using dolphin browser to make a quick gesture. This only happens every so often. A reboot usually takes care of it.

I think I notice it around build #18 or 23. Can't remember, but was wondering if anyone has notice this too.

The only issue I have now with #24 is that when I come home and Wifi is turned on (never turn it off), it doesn't reconnect with my home network until I turn off the wifi on the notification window and then quickly back on. Doesn't seem to automatically reconnect to wifi networks when they're back in range.

I'm having a similar issue with this build. performance/cpu setting/available governors, I have it set "on demand" I might have to play around with the settings. The Wi-Fi definetly has a problem waking up "on demand" when WiFi is in range. Anyone have any fix to this?

Hadn't tried Rock Player yet. Figured I'd try after seeing the post above. I'm running 20 and it doesn't work on there either. Only file I had was a .flv. It would start the audio for about a second and then the app would restart back to the initial menu and pop-up.

Video worked fine on stock software w/ Rock Player. This might be the first thing I've used that hasn't worked since throwing 20 on a few days ago.

Kill build #24 please.....#23 work like a dream for me until #24. I have HTC EVO 4G. Some apps I have force close that never did before with older builds or different roms. Now when I goto settings/about phone/battery use/ I get a big fat CRASH. It says (Sorry, The application settings process com.android.settings has stopped unexpectedly please try again)

Anyone have this problem?
