Got it in Tampa Fl this morning at 11:30. Did a manual check and it was there. There was no notification.

Does the RUU include the previous updates ? (i.e. the data speed increase) Just got a new Inspire and wondering if I can jump straight to Gingerbread,

Yes, if you just got an inspire just get the RUU.

Okay guys, need a little help here. Yesterday I checked wifi update on my phone and the update was available for gingerbread. But my battery was low so I decided just to wait till I got home then I would do the update. Once I get home, the phone now says there is no update available and i am up to date. Im still on 2.2. Any ideas????

Someone talked about this on one of the other update threads. I think there is a rolling window that each group of imei's is allowed to download during. Short of calling AT&T and being willing to wait on hold and talk to 3 different supervisors before getting the real answer we won't really know, but it would make sense. Seems like a method to keep the update server from crashing.

I would hate to think that while I've been slaving away at work over the past couple of days I've missed one or more windows to DL the update :-\. I wish they'd let you DL it over the air and not just wifi.
