I am not a premier customer and they have charged my card for the phone and it has shipped but AT&T doesn't have the tracking number posted on the order status page yet. The other docks are coming from a different warehouse - but are still scheduled to arrive on the 21st -per AT&T customer service.

Drat. Was hoping it'd be delivered on Saturday, given that it's 'Standard Overnight' service. However, a quick check confirms that's next business day delivery.

I'm a Premier customer and my order just got updated with a FedEx tracking number. Still shows as in process though so it looks like they're still in the process of shipping it. Placed my order on 2/13 at 8:17pm EST.

Tracking number popped up for the phone on AT&T's order site but the laptop dock did not ship! Come on!! (I'm a Premier customer btw)

Yeah - I've got tracking info on the main ATT site, but still nothing on Premier.

It seems to be out of synch depending on which system you check. If I check the order status page using my mobile number I get the FedEx tracking number and in progress. If I check the order status page through my account page, it shows shipping date 2/17, and through Premier it shows processing. So I would think that it's just taking some time for all the systems to update.

Hi,

Got my tracking number as well. I am a Premier customer and I pre-ordered on 13th. Fedex says it's scheduled to arrive on Monday 3PM. I guess I will be standing outside my office's mail box on a holiday

Strange thing is that immidiately after getting the tracking number, I got another mail from ATT that items my order are out of stock Doesn't matter, FedEx says its coming!
