Think I was one of the first to try and order and managed to get all the way to checking out and then an error occured. Kept getting error after error of one kind or another, I did manage to eventually give up on the 16 and actually order an 8GB. I figure if I like the phone I'll sell the 8GB on craigslist and buy the 16GB when it's less of a cluster... Kinda sad tho to see how poorly Google was prepared for this, the site went down more times then a hooker at Fleet Week.

For those who have a pending charge showing on your credit card and nothing showing up under orders in the google play store, go to the google wallet site (wallet.google.com) and check under "transactions"... from there I can see my order number and that it was received. I still have not gotten a confirmation e-mail from google. Hope this helps.

If you go to the Google Play store and go to the bottom you'll see my orders. Click that and it will bring up the screen you need to see the estimated ship date.

Said there was an error processing the request but I see a hold on my card by Google. Wonder if I actually got it...

What type of card did you use? You probably do have one, but you'll have to check what the hold is. Your order went though, but if you don't deal with the hold it'll be canceled in 7 days.Same thing happened to me, I ended up using another card.

Got an email from google that Says my order is on hold at 8:36am, needed to update my CC info, went and did that. I found out my CC company stopped payment due to "fraud prevention." So I fixed that. Went to process order and it shows it's cancelled. Tried reordering with no luck. Then 30 minutes later I get another email from google emailing me my google play reciept for the N4 I ordered. But when I check google wallet transactions it shows that particular order was cancelled. What's the deal here? Any ideas?

Also for those that managed to order, what does it say on your end in your email? It says my card won't be charged until it's shipped, does that say that to you guys too?

My order went through after multiple timeouts. I never got a confirmation page but I just received an email with an order number. Some of you folks who got errors after applying payment info may get the same thing. I ordered at 11: 43 and am just getting an email at 12:18.

Doesn't show up in Google Play orders, though wallet says "Google Inc. received your order." and I see a charge on my credit card that's processing.

I still think I'm screwed.

Google really botched this up. Even though the N4 is a great device I doubt it sold out because of high demand, instead supplies were probably at a minimum. The only ones looking to get the N4 right now are phone geeks like us and we are a slight minority. I'm sure if Google offered pre orders there would be a lot less unhappy people. Bad going Google, you suck!
