"Offline" Notification (for lack of a better word) at Bottom of My Screen

Mine appears to have been Docusign. Uninstalled it this morning and haven't had it happen all day. Thanks for everybody's suggestions.

I realize things happen but there is no excuse for any app to be able to override permissions like DocuSign did. Whether it was done on purpose or not is irrelevant. When you have time I strongly suggest everyone send a complaint to the developer: mobilefeedback@docusign.com
I got that from the app in the app store. This is unacceptable.

Uninstalling Docusign app has solved the issue for me. It's been full day and issue has not reappeared.

hi, DocuSign dev here. I can totally understand how frustrating it can be and we are pushing out a release soon to address the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience and annoyance. In the meanwhile, if you want that bar to go away, you can kill the app by tapping the All Open apps button (usually next to your home button).

Welcome to the forums. On behalf of Android Central, I would like to say thank you for posting an acknowledgement of the issue and giving some indication of communication.

Hopefully, this issue gets worked out, and to see you more in the future.
