Nexus 6, 6.0.1, unrooted but unlocked, white 64gb.

Silver original Moto 360, factory refurb after an exchange.

After my factory reset of watch and phone, recommended from Motorola, Motorola Connect keeps quitting on me. The popup shows up and in fact, after I click OK, it shows up again. I had to uninstall it.

AND, similarly related, prior to my watch's factory reset, at times, i had to SHOUT "OK GOOGLE" into my watch and still nothing would happen. Anyone?

I haven't experienced this yet w/ my watch, but it's only been a few days.

Anyone else have problems w/ OK Google?

I didn't install Motorola connect on my Nexus 6P. Don't really see a need for it. My moto 360 works just fine without it.

Does your phone have any voice functions at all?

Yes it does. I don't have the new moto watch faces, though.

I have the Moto Connect app on my previous phone that I had my original moto 360 connected to. It was an original motox. I've never had any issues with the ok Google. Maybe you should disconnect your watch from your phone, uninstall the Android where app from your phone, do a factory reset on your watch and then reinstall everything and connect it back up and see if that fixes it. If not, you may need to return that one too.

so i had to manually set up the permissions for motorola connect, that seems to have fixed that problem.

Sometimes OK Google still doesn't work on my watch all the time, but, well, i guess that's par for the course, Motorola doesn't seem to care anymore.

ANyone get the update? did it brick your watch? Any improvements?
