Hey guys,

I have a Nexus 6P with Android 7.1.1 Build Number NPF10C
Until 3 weeks ago I was able to wake up my device just saying "OK Google". Then all of the sudden that option under "OK Google" detection "ALWAYS ON" is turned off. The menu option is still there but when I turn it on it switches back after 1 second. I do not have any other app that uses voice detection and I still can use "OK Google" if I am on my main screen. Any ideas?

After turning it on you should immediately receive a (full screen) prompt to train the Trusted Voice module. If you choose to "Do it later", Always On will disable itself.

You cannot use Always On without setting up your Trusted Voice.

That is what I expected. However, as I mention on the message, the when I turn the option ON it turns off almost immediately.

You have to very quickly tap one of the other options, Trusted Voice I think, to get it to stay on. It sort of seems like a bug in the 7.1.1 preview. Keep at it, and you'll eventually get it working.
