Trade in from bb?

Hey all dies anyone know, if i want to trade my s25u in a Samsung exclusive color, not listed on bb, will I have problems? I want the storage upgrade through bb but since we have to shell out the total until the trade-in is approved, im skeptical. And I can't get an answer from anyone at bb or on the site.

Did you try to put in the IMEI when checking

Im trying to trade it in and its not an option to trade in at best buy

It didnt ask for it. That's my concern if I pick a different color, even though it's in flawless condition, will they reject my trade? I would end up losing like 300 bucks if I had to sell it on gazelle.

I remember trading in a different color phone that was not on list to BB previously but long time now

I see IMEI when I tap the trade in option at the product page
