Ok, Lets Get to the Root of the Mic Cutout Problem

My guess is that it's probably a hardware issue that is triggered under certain conditions, similar to the volume bug on the GSM version. Like that issue, may be there is a sofware fix.

Hello,
I am Akshay frm India. I have problem regarding the mic after i rooted my phone..... It is not at all working after i did the following:
1) Unrooted it
2) Used other dialers(external applications)
3) Installed audio managers
4) Factory formatted many times
5) Changed microphones(hardware component)
6) Asked suggestion many times to professionals but i didnt get the answer for anything.....

*The good thing is that my microphone works when i am recording i.e. by camera(default app for video recording), sound recorder(default app for sound recording) i get the voice after i preview them.
* My earphone microphone works fine always
* There is no dropping of mic of earphone during the call.
* There is no dropping of mic during recording time but when i play the recorded video or audio in computer or earphones, the audio plays in only one of the earphone or speaker i.e. it has recorded in mono not stereo.

I hope u will provide me the best and working answer.
