Given that moto/vzw delivered 2.2 on the very last day of summer. I'd say Gingerbread isn't coming to the DX anytime soon. In fact even when google releases the gingerbread update, moto will take their sweet time.

Greedy? Haha its not like other handsets have gingerbread snd we dont ill probally have a 4g android phone before we see gingerbread. That being said I want honeycomb!
