k, one other thing, folks were posting over there about it being a bad link, you have to have the latest SPR and do a format/wipe and wipe the cache. I know it's an update.zip, but the update.zip is the full deal, treat it like a full install.
Anyhow, that was an interesting half hour, back to my stock 2.0.1...
The work I'm particularly interested in was RonDutt's work, he photoshopped some of the graphics resources and fixed some xml files. From his description everything was sized right and looked correct, but the touch zones were still trying to behave at the lower resolutions. I can't imagine typing anything with the keyboard like that since you'd have no idea where to type.
Another thing, this alpha, on a system level is sooooo totally wacky. There are wifi issues, bluetooth issues, and Verizon issues. In short, this disables your device. In long...well if wifi breaks for example, reboot. If bluetooth breaks, reboot. How often to you reboot? Often, I rebooted about 4x in this short time I was trying this out because wifi kept dying or the audio would quit, and I'd expect that with more testing tons of other stuff I wasn't noticing would quit or was about to quit.
Sense itself locked up on me and I got prompted to do a force quit.
