I finally talked my wife into the Android world from the Blackberry. Ive been pushing Android on her for about a year now. Well this past weekend she broke. "Fine give me your phone!" she exclaimed! Well I own a Thunderbolt and she cut her teeth on it so I figured what the heck and now Im turning my phone over to her. I now need a new phone So after a few weeks watching these forums and a few trips to VZW I have decided to try out the Charge.

I was a former Fascinate owner and know the pain of the Samsung update. I do however love Samsung design and screens. Better battery life will be a plus too since I live on my devices. Im hoping the Droid branding will keep the updates rolling. So I may as well start posting over here instead of the TB forums. Im sure I will have alot of questions. DroidXcon and his crew give me faith that this phone can be as fun as the Fascinate was once its ROMed and Rooted.

Talk to you all as soon as I get it. It ships today and I will recive it on Thursday. The big bonus was I got it for 249.99 from Verizon. Plus I have a 140 dollar gift card to use on it for trading in my Fascinate to Vzw. This brings the phone down to about 120 and change. Yay me!
