My only concern is the availability of the back cover. I will buy 1 or 2 if they are available. I like the 1 peice better. With the droid there were too many back parts that could get scratched and could not be replaced by the owner (other than the battery cover).
This is one large back cover. I like the fact that a replacement cover would make it look like new (if you keep the front in great shape).

Yes. I don't plan on using it like that but the battery comes only partially charged. When will they fully charge them before shipping?

I'm another BB owner (Bold 9000) thinking about jumping ship to Android. Still debating myself if it's worth the switch from AT&T to verizon since my contract still isn't up yet and the ETF fee would be $80.

I don't think they ever will. The lithium ion batteries they use store best partially charged. Storing the phones with full charged or discharged batteries decreases their life. It's not because the company is lazy or anything, they're trying to preserve the integrity of their product.

Nice pics... Seeing that they were taken outdoors (in a park?), I would say that the screen problem when using the phone outdoors is not as big as some have said it is. (for N1 at least)

Well I've already broken a teeny piece on my Incredible. Just above where the USB connector goes in there is a minuscule piece of plastic that runs above it and the casing. Snapped it right in the middle. Wasn't hard to do, in fact I didn't even notice until I rubbed my finger across it and the edge was sharp. Crapola
