Yes. You just have to go back and manually force close the ones that can be force closed.

That's they only thing that I can think of that is prob draining your battery. Sorry, but I'm fresh out of ideas on what could be killing your battery.

Could be an app You have that recently got updated and has a memory leak.

I had drag racing game, updated it then the next couple days baterry drained in 3 hours without touching phone. Uninstalled game and bam no more problems.
