Hi, I already change the cable, update the driver, using different ports but still failed to flash stock rom. Is it my stock rom faulty? Because i use this stock rom before and works fine. Then I flash custom rom, and today I decide to flash back to stock but everytime I flash it will failed. Any help?

hi can i flash also cyanogenmod 10.1 on galaxy w?
because on the guide it says that i must use cwm5 or cwm6 uf not i will risk my phone. using odin is okay?

You can't flash any ROM that isn't an official Samsung firmware with Odin. You need CWM or TWRP for that

Is the phone being recognized? Odin should show a box with COM: and then a number if it is.
Try downloading the stock tar file for your phone from somewhere else. It might be a faulty downloaded firmware

Odin can detect my phone, it will fail when flashing process. Im using AP_N7100XXUEM16_CP_N7100XXEM16_CSC_N7100XAEM16_BY_WVAZ_DINK.tar. 4.3 stock rom but i use this rom before and works fine.

Maybe try another download? Doesn't hurt to see if something else might work

I am inclined to agree with UJ95x in trying another download. Either that or restart the PC. Those are the only two things I can think of.

ok i am almost there!!! but there is a problem! on the version of ODIN3 that i down loaded i do not have a box that says PDA!!! which one do i pick? the options i have are BL, AP, CP or CSC

OK.. so i got the right ODIN3 that was described in the tutorial. I went through what you instructed and it looks like everything went very good! the phone rebooted and i went through the normal start up screen and then went to the samsung screen and has been there for about 30 minutes... its just pulsing samsung on the screen.. is this normal? should i shutdown and pull battery and restart?
Please help!

"AP" is the "PDA" equivalent in ver. 3.09..

I wanted to install stock OS on my samsung galaxy ace plus. (Previously I flashed it with cynogenmod 4.2). I followed the procedures during installation and Odin said Pass!. But during reboot, it stops midway and starts to reboot again. This goes on forever in a loop. Is my phone bricked?

Hi. I am fairly new to this so the help is appreciated. I have been trying to upgrade my s3 R530 past 10.1.2 but the installation keeps getting aborted. It says something along the lines of: error: get prop boot loader. I know this isn't much to go off of so I will upload some info below. I have researched this problem and have hit a dead end. A friend of mine suggested that I flash back to the stock ROM and update my phone through us cellular. He thinks that there might be an update for the bootloader. The only thing is... I can't find a downloadable stock ROM. I am open to any ideas at this point. I will try the update again so I can provide more info on the error. Thanks!

Here is what my phone says when I try to update it.

I tried that. It says the same thing each time. I also tried more than one ROM update. (I tried CM 10.1.3 and CM10.2, along with several snapshot versions).

Ok. Yeah, it might be something with the bootloader. But I have heard that the new bootloader does not allow flashing back to previous versions of Android, and can be hard to flash new ROMs to.

Yeah... So I'm sort of stuck. I'm open to suggestions. I'm still trying to find another forum that solves this problem. No one seems to know whats wrong. I didn't do anything other than flash this ROM.
