older Jawbone is loud?

Don't know why my old Icon streams audio much louder than my Plantronics. Both were equal on my old BlackBerry Z10. Calls are both equal but streaming audio is about 50% of the Jawbone. The Jawbone is fine but it has a short battery life and I grow facial hair quickly, so calls are scratchy
