I was one of the people who bricked their Evo yesterday. I already had a replacement on its way It got here today and I updated and now the screen will not turn on. When I push the power button it vibrated and that's it. If its bricked I will not be getting another.

I'd like to know a few details on how he is updating
as well.

• With low or high battery?
• Where are you getting the file from?
• Did you try downloading the file again (in case it was corrupted)?

I don't even know what to say... No way in heck I would be at #3 or #4 let alone #6.... MAYBE #3 but that would be it........

You got to have the worst luck in the world when it comes to the EVO... Dust under the screen, Bricked Phone, Now an LCD possibly bad......

Maybe you should just wait and get some thing else.... Epic maybe?
