On Android, for about 10 days, when I go to Contacts, it says "No Contacts Yet"

Then in Contacts when I click on icon in upper right corner it says log in to your Google account. When I put in either of my two Google accounts, the response is "It's already on your phone".

Question should I delete the Google accounts on my phone and then try to reinsert them?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Accounts, select either of your Google accounts, and make sure the Contacts toggle sync is turned on.
