On my Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, how can I stop the notification sound I get about every 10 minutes?

I get this sound constantly at regular intervals as long as my tablet is on. I don't have any notifications and don't have any email accounts set up. This is very annoying because I don't know why it's doing that nor do I know how to stop it. Please, somebody, tell me how to turn that off!

Hello. Sorry for the delay.

I guess it's just a question of finding an app or setting that's causing it.
Any luck since you posted?
Have you timed the intervals of the alert?
