On my LG phone, the message popped up that my phone is infected?

I was checking out different wallpaper & that's when the message came up that my phone is infected. I just installed the free anti virus, & said my phone is now safe? Or is it? What should I do?

how can a text cime in on my phone from a number with no area code? i tried to respond but it says message not sent invalid# of digits. but when i long press my mssg it says sent. i longpress their mssg and its showing that my # sent it to their # (still using no area code) when its the exact opposite and that mssg came in in a new different thread. the first mssg has a timer that started counting up as soon as it got in my inbox. its still counting up every minute. i think my phone is hacked
