On my s3 I am deleting music from my music player and it keeps adding back again. Please help

So I am deleting music from my music player (default one for android) and it keeps adding back. I want to get rid of them. Please help
 
Welcome to Android Central! What if you use My Files to delete the actual music files from their directory?
