On my Star N9599, why aren't my sims recognized after new ROM installed?

Star N9599 - SIMs not recognized after new ROM installed

Hello,

I have installed a customer ROM on my Star N9599 and since then, the SIM cards are not detected.

The memory sizing was previously changed to allocated more space for the apps and I am wondering if this could have been the reason.

I have updated the IMEI numbers for both SIMs manually but it doesn't work.

Any idea on how I could fix this? I am wondering if I could completely wipe of the ROM and restart from scratch with an exact copy of the factory settings...

is the only way, try to restore the factory rom. if it does'nt work take it to the service
