On sale at Costco for $429

I picked up my Note 10.1 at Costco back on January 20th for $479. They released their new coupons for $40 off, but when I was in there tonight they had a flyer hanging up by the Notes showing an increased discount down to $429. They will adjust the price up to 30 days, which I verified tonight.

This is the white 16GB wifi version just to be clear on what they had. These also come with a Samsung leather type folio cover.

Seems like a decent deal. I've been wanting to buy a tablet, maybe this is the right one for me. Plus I can probably bust the thing and get a costco refund.

Great price and I could have returned mine at Best Buy, but opted not to, as the thought of setting it up was not attractive.

I see the 'latest' Android version is 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Do we not have the option to go to the latest 4.2 versions? Will we ever?

I bought from Costco few days ago and the tablet was already running Jellybean so you might not have to do any updates..

I did an OTA update. I think we will get other updates in the future, but they will come from Samsung. There will be a delay so that they can skin it, etc.

Well I went to Costco and bought it! I have 90 days to return it for any reason at Costco so that is awesome.
As for the Android version installed, it is 4.1.1. Thanks for your help in this thread everyone!

I love the 90 day return. If Verizon releases the LTE version soon and at a reasonable price I may return it for that model.

at the moment the 4.2.2 is only for the nexus line of products which is 100% pure android even though samsung makes some nexus....no bloatware from the hardware company like samsung, acer or lg...

Was at Costco late Saturday the 23rd and they price was down to $409. Makes me wonder if they clearing them out for a note 3.

If you take your receipt back within 30 days they'll give you back the difference from the new, lower price.
