On T-Mo: LG G3 -> Verizon Note 5

Looking for some opinions here.

A friend is willing to sell me a Verizon Note 5 on the cheap.

The rub is that I'm on T-Mobile.

I know going in that band 12 won't work, but that doesn't impact my experience too badly considering my G3 doesn't use it (and it's a T-Mo phone).

Still worth it?

Is anyone using a Verizon Note 5 on T-Mobile? What's your experience like?

Also, in what other ways might I be impacted by using a Verizon phone on T-Mobile?

I can't imagine having a phone on T-mobile without band 12. You must be in a great coverage area.
I think you won't have calling over Wi-Fi with a Verizon phone and video calling. Not sure. Just speculation.
I know it's tempting. Personally, I would pass unless I was switching to Verizon.
