Once FB contacts damage is done...what do I do??

So i've got way too many people in my contacts now...I should have read the site through and through before getting my droid!! I have my contacts, and my fb contacts. How can I fix this at this point and how do I keep it from happening again? Also having fb notification woes if anyone has any helpful tips on that problem as well....

All you have to do is click on All Contacts and change sorting to phone. Super simple. Nit sure why so many people complain about it.

yes there are....must be because of the learning curve from a blackberry. options are sorted so much much differently on these android phones. that's gonna be my excuse anyways.....

That change isn't permanent but like you said, it's so easy to do who cares?

if you want a more permanent change dont setup your facebook account through the account setup just install the app and delete all contacts and resync with your gmail.

Go to my accounts and delete FB. This will remove all your FB contacts.
Simply add the FB as a new account and mke sure you choose to not sync FB contacts.

You could also just add a widget for just phone contacts to one of your 7 home screens

Where is this option to not sync FB contacts? I didnt see it when I added the FB account...
