One major problem leaving Iphone to htc one !!!!!

Hmm good point! there is a need for this. If I have money to invest and hire a developer to create an app that can solve the OP's problem I can probably make a lot of money. LOL

I'm waiting to see results.
Here's a video I shot with my wife's iPhone 4s and sent to my iPad via iMessage. I then emailed it to my gmail. I'm not sure if it's been compressed twice, but I believe it has. Either way, it is still very watchable.

My wife's iPhone can't send full HD video either if the file size exceeds a certain size. I don't think any carrier allows video to be uploaded at full quality. I also didn't realize the file size limit of gmail was so small. I swore you could send much larger files (maybe you can send larger files over wifi or if you upload them to a PC first).

All phones compress the video before sending via SMS, though.

I would pay upto 10$ for an app that did this in as few steps as possible
Go for.it!

It does absolutely suck. I've had my phone for two weeks and was convinced not to get an iphone cuz I wanted something that took high quality pics and vids yet I can't even share the freaking vids what a let down...my little funky HTC cha cha let me record and send 3 minute plus videos I can barely send a minute long video

Hate this phone for this very reason. I did all the research and heard that HTC One wasTHE phone to have....going back to iPhone and nope I won't let the doorknob hit me on the way out, nor will I ever get a Droid again!
