One more time, after update, Nexus 5 photos are not visible to PC

I have followed the threads showing the various ways to get the driver correct, but this time, my issue is slightly different. The driver shows as Nexus 5. I have uninstalled and let it reinstall. I have checked to be sure the USB debugging is unchecked. When I try the step of Settings-> Storage -> click on the three dots, I only get "Help & Feedback". Both my Nexus 5 and my Windows updated yesterday. Any further clues? Also, I get an error 10 message when I try to reinstall the MTP USP device and the driver remains "Nexus 5".

Did you pick media only when you're connected?
