One of a million newbies...

Well, I just took possession of a Motorola Razr Maxx on Verizon. I'm an old coot transitioning from a Blackberry Storm 9530. This thing looks good so far, though I actually prefer the multi-tap keyboard on my old Storm when typing vertically - fat fingers!

I have a few issues so I'm off to the "Getting Started" threads...

Try using the Swype keyboard that comes pre installed. Helpful for fat fingers, and you get used to it pretty quickly.

Also Swiftkey3 is a good one for predicting what you MEANT to type instead of what you actually did...
