What bugs your experiencing?Got it on my unlocked S10+ the day after it was released. It brings even more bugs to Samsung's Android 10 update from December. No more Samsung phones for me ever. It's ludicrous that they're releasing such bug riddled software.
Have you tried a factory reset? If not, backup using Samsung Backup, located in Accounts and backup in your settings. The new bugs from 2.1 so far are that my AOD keeps turning itself off in the settings and my Bixby Routine for connecting to a Bluetooth headset no longer functions correctly.
That adds to the previous Android 10 update problems of app crashes and spontaneous reboots and a permissions setting for Last Pass that needs to be re-enabled every time I reboot even though the UI shows that the permission is already enabled.
Samsung clearly doesn't care about the bugs in their S10 series Android 10 update because of the newer S20's and because the tech press ignores the litany of bug reports and complaints from S10 owners in the Samsung Members App, choosing to play press agent for Samsung instead.
On the my S10+ Android Pie didn't have the litany of bugs introduced by the December Android 10 update and the December Android 10 update on my Xiami MI 9T Pro introduced no bugs whatsoever so the problems are clearly the result of sloppy coding by Samsung because they don't care.

I received my update Tuesday night and now I have no color. My screen is in black and white. I dont know what to do. I started back using my Note 8 until I get it figured out. Verizon.
Ok let me know , otherwise can try other things .
I tried wireless charging with the fast charging turned off and the phone stayed cool as it did before the update so I think the problems I had have now righted themselves. I reset the network settings and cleaned the RAM to help the battery which now seems to be draining a little slower than before even though I haven't been using it any differently than before but that could be because I haven't reinstalled Nova yet. Hopefully once that is installed I shouldn't experience any more problems...fingers crossed...
Thanks so much to everyone for the help given.
Hi, on my Note 10+ flash the update went great, maybe clear cache in recovery see if it helpsI downloaded and installed one ui 2.1 three days ago on my S10+. I wanted to check out the new camera features. I tried to download filters for the camera and my phone attempted to connect with galaxy store to no avail. I would get a no network msg or an error code. I can’t update any of my samsung apps, as they go thru the galaxy store, and I can’t even start the store app. I spoke with customer support again today and the tech tried to fix the problem remotely to no avail. She was basically baffled and we both agreed that samsung may have to release a patch for this issue. Did anyone else have that problem?
