Now, if only I can find a way to have the task bar all the time when unfolded. Honestly, I installed it and had to start work, so I have had ZERO time to mess with this.

I just got unlocked 4.1.1 TMO
But its going back soon

I think there is a misunderstanding here.

What I would like is to have the dock ALL the time, not just when I open an app. I would like the bottom row of icons on my home page to just stay in Dock mode permanently.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I have looked and looked and I do not think that is an option. However, maybe some enterprising Dev can come up with a minor "hack" that can do it. Well, we can always hope Sammy adds that as a selectable feature.

If you get it to stay on all the time, next thing you will be upset about is the screen burn in.

Meh, I don't have the screen on long enough most times for it to even be a remote issue really.

I'm a little confused, you have the docked icons when on the home screen and when in an app. When are you wanting access to the dock icons that you do not see them?
