One UI 4.1.1

Really liking 4.1.1. Taskbar is very functional and productive.
It is great to have options.

I was waiting for this update to see how useful the new taskbar would be. It's definitely a nice feature but personally I prefer the Good Lock taskbar option.

I haven't tried good lock task bar , how is it different?

I'm a little confused, you have the docked icons when on the home screen and when in an app. When are you wanting access to the dock icons that you do not see them?

I guess I am not making the image in my head as clear as I want... :p

Ok, when you open an app, the bottom row of icons "dock" and you have a "Task Bar" with those icons and running apps.

When you exit the apps and go to your home screen, the "dock" reverts to your bottom row of icons and your running apps vanish and go back to the background.

What I want is to have the Task Bar ALL THE TIME, not just when the apps are open.

Hope that clears it up. :D

It only shows the app that you have open in recents. So once I get the 2, 3, or 4 apps open that I'm working with, they are all just a tap away. If you have more open than the space available, they will scroll. I don't really care about what's in the home screen dock after I've gotten started and open what I need.

Got it, that makes sense. The Good Lock taskbar is there all the time but it doesn't show the dock apps.

I like the Good Lock option better, it always shows the open recent apps, even when on the home screen.

You can change the home screen dock apps it would reflect the task bar but I see what you mean
