I use OneDrive, OneNote, and Outlook regularly. OneNote can access Microsoft Sticky Notes, so when I add something to my grocery list on my desktop, it automatically syncs with my phone. I can just swipe right to bring up my sticky notes on my phone to bring up my sticky notes with my grocery list. I also use OneNote for recipes. Outlook is my main email app, and I sync Gallery with my OneDrive for photos and videos.
Microsoft got me through both my bachelor's and master's degrees (my school offered a free M365 license) and I can get M365 family for $70/year (that is for up to 6 users).
Gmail and Google Keep? Meh and no desktop apps. Evernote? Great, but not free. Good Notes? Terrible and not free.
