One UI 7 in Feb?

I think the Foldable will be later then the phones so don't count February hope I'm wrong but that's the rumors I heard.

I haven't seen the fold 6 mentioned anywhere. I know I have dug deep, but it's usually right there. Samsung should show better support for the most expensive phone they have out there. My guess is there are issues with the folds and UI 7.

Well, I searched Fold 6 in the CheckFirm app and it shows that there is testing being done… my guess it will be here in February, possibly late this month.

I agree, they should have had testing done on the Fold 6 in conjunction with the S24 series… Fold users will not see a beta to determine what areas Samsung need to address.

Supposedly, we are getting some changes in the taskbar… but not sure what that even means. There’s still a bug currently that limits 2 apps in the “Show recent apps” when “Up to 4 apps” is selected.

Well, there is no word from Samsung on when the Fold series will receive the One UI 7 update... they only mention the S series will get it by the 1st quarter.

Samsung has really messed up with Android 15 rollout like seriously, no one really knows their plans and I heard Android 15 for the Folds have a beta build out that at some point it will allow to join.

I'm giving them the benefit of doubt since One UI 7 is a huge undertaking... normally we will see the major update released around September/October, while x.1 gets introduced with the latest S series.

But what annoys me the most is that Samsung portrays how foldables are the future yet it doesn't get the attention it warrants from them. Once the S24 received the beta... the Fold 6 should have gotten it too! And I get it... the S24 series is more popular than the Fold.

However, the logic don't add up... foldables are not the future as Samsung claim it to be.
