I really loved Samsung experience that my note 9 came with!!! This one ui is just goofy af. I'm selling my note 9 and getting a Pixel 3xl!!!!!!!!!!

And some... enjoy the system. I've been digging through the settings, reading up on the forums, experimenting with the system. Other than one or two features that were taken away (Individual customized text messages, the compass fiasco and the Pro video controls) I've throughly enjoyed the entire system. I have Dark mode without having to download a theme, I don't mind the Recent apps being side by side. It's easier for me to work with and to see. My camera is silent and smooth. I questioned the swipe up to access the recent apps.... for about an hour. Now I love it. Oh my.. yes.. the clock is now on the left and not the right. Wow. Major diasaster. SEND THE PHONE BACK. THEY MOVED THE CLOCK... If you don't like the icons, download an icon pack.
Most of the complaints that I've read here are changeable with a setting button. Those that aren't, are minor. I have yet to have any problem or experience any discomfort with any feature of this update, with the exception of the 3 that I mentioned above. And those are operational issues and not cosmetic stuff.
Play, research, experiment. You might be supprised at the outcome. Please.

I also like the new recents and gesture navigation. However, Bixby Home is useless now, as long as the cards only work in the order that Samsung thinks they should. Bixby Voice Unlock is gone. The new ui design that might improve ease of access for some, while wasting space for others. Night mode should be able to work with themes and the theme store should have been better prepared for the new os instead of getting broken by it.

I'm also not a fan of the clock and I would prefer to just turn it off instead of having it in the wrong place.

Not many of these things are fixable

Not to get "Off Topic" but have either of you heard anything about the new "7.3L Gas Engine" coming out for the F-250, 350, 450 truck line next year? Google "Ford Godzilla 7.3" - 450hp, 500ft lbs torque and they're saying it's been designed with the forethought of being dropped into Mustangs later down the road with minor changes. Direct Injection (possibility for later), Pushrods and Roller-rockers, Forged Crank, Aluminum Heads, Cast Iron Block 445 c.i. friggin' Beast! O.K., back to Note 9 phones - sorry folks!
