I have a Polar H10 heart rate monitor that used to connect seamlessly with my Oneplus 3 on Android 8.0. All of a sudden it became very erratic and in 4 out of 5 times the phone will not even show the heart rate monitor in it's bluetooth devices. Has there been any changes lately in the OS that might have caused this problem.
