Hello, I just got the OnePlus 6T this morning, and have a weird issue. Originally, I had quick tiles in the notification shade, but now that entire area is blank. I don't believe I toggled any setting or anything.

Any idea what's going on?

Everything is turned on in the Icon Manager in the status bar settings

I'm guessing the problem is that Android 9 sucks... Have you tried restarting? Simple solutions first.

I was gonna say it looks like the kind of thing that needs a factory reset... Hope it fixes it and it doesn't happen again.

You could try changing the theme and see it that forces it to reload the quick settings.

I tried toggling the theme with no luck as well. Currently resetting the phone so I'll report back in.

Factory reset did not fix the problem for me. I submitted a bug ticket to OnePlus, so hopefully I hear back soon.

Mine has been working fine although I only turned it on two hours ago. Still getting everything set up...

Mine had the quick tiles visible for maybe the first minute or two, then they went away and haven't been back.

I picked up my OnePlus 6t this morning. I have not had any issues so far.

Just curious, did any of you with no issues have Android restore your apps on initial setup? The 3 times I tried that, I had issues. I just did a reset without restoring apps and now the quick tiles are available.

I am about to do another reset while trying to restore the apps again to see if it was a fluke

Did another factory reset and restored apps, and the problem is back again. The quick settings area is completely blank.

I used OnePlus Switch. I upgraded from the OP6. It was the best experience I have had setting up a new device.

I am currently downloading all apps, then I'll make a backup with oneplus switch, and do another factory reset without restoring the apps through Android.

I want to add that I just tried ONLY restoring the google call history and passwords (I told it not to restore apps), and the problem still persists.

So it seems that any restoring of Google information on initial setup is causing the problem.

I let android restore my apps since it doesn't restore data just the apps.
