OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro, or wait 'til the One+ 9, coming from One+ 7?

Just got my op8 yesterday and after almost 2 full days using it. I'm so glad I made the jump from 7t to the 8. I hate curved screens but this is not bad at all. It's way lighter than the 7t. Super comfortable in the hand. The main camera is better than the 7t but I'm not sure I like the selfie camera placement. I'm always getting a dirty lens warning but that just might be something they can take care of in a future update. It's not a night an day change but everything the 7t did great, this phone does better. And the interstellar glow color is gorgeous. My wife also upgraded from the 6t so she's really enjoying her new phone.

I think IP68 would have been nearly impossible with the pop up camera. Am I wrong?
Also, it is cheaper to drill a hole than install a motor.

The dual SIM function is not working on my unlocked OnePlus 8 Pro. See pic below. This is disappointing. I use T-Mobile and Fi and the dual SIM function was the main reason I went back to OnePlus after leaving my Pixel 4 XL. I may have to return it and get a OnePlus 7 Pro or the 7T instead.

Dual SIM functionality is working for the 8 models in Europe. There's some kind of technical problems in the US that they say will be fixed in next updates.

How does the OP8P compare to your Pixel 4XL?
