OnePlus 9 internet transaction issues

Once I open the SMS with the OTP from the bank, I am unable to go back to my transaction page (like buying something from Amazon). This used to be possible in my old OnePlus 5. Does anyone else face this?

Any solution?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you find that this issue happens on your other mobile devices, like tablets? It could very well be an update to places like Amazon. I know Amazon has changed over the past while too, and sometimes I can't see previous transactions or orders.

Please provide more detail so we can better assist you!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using an app for the transaction, or a website on the browser? What if you use the App Overview/Recent Apps to switch back to that transaction?
